Total War: ROME II – Rise of the Republic will be out tomorrow to download and play, and ahead of our release we have some updated patch notes from the Ancestral Update beta.
Today the second version of the Allegiance beta is now available, which includes changes made as a result of feedback gained on the first beta as well as introducing other additions and changes to the game we have wanted to make.
This update will introduce a variety of changes to the game to address player feedback and improve the overall experience. The biggest change – and the one the update is named after – is the addition of Allegiance to the game.
The long-awaited Family Tree for ROME II is here! The free Ancestral Update introduces this community favourite feature along with numerous tweaks, fixes, and improvements to ROME II’s base game and DLCs.
With the chalice now overflowing with the blood of those who dared oppose the Druchii, the time has come – behold as the loathsome Kharibdyss rises from the depths!
The Queen & The Crone Public Beta patch is now live!
This update aims to deal with some of the issues you’ve been having since The Queen & The Crone’s release – make sure to keep us posted if you happen to encounter any more.
This update arrives alongside The Queen & The Crone Lords pack, bringing a huge array of content additions, revisions, and improvements to Total War: WARHAMMER II and the Mortal Empires campaign as well as including many bug fixes and balance changes.
The main focus of this update is to respond to player feedback by creating a better balance in terms of difficulty and to serve up more challenge. We have tried to leave no stone unturned in this exercise, so the patch includes many granular level changes.
